The Rochelaise candle is inspired by the Atlantic coast and its natural scents.
The opening of bergamot and nutmeg brings a slightly spicy freshness, quickly softened by a heart of white tea and fig leaf . Coconut , amber , musk , and sandalwood create a warm, rounded, and woody base.

A unique scent , balanced between freshness, sweetness and woody notes, perfect for creating a warm, elegant and relaxing atmosphere in the home.

Hand-poured in our workshop in La Rochelle, the Bougie Rochelaise is formulated with carefully selected ingredients for clean burning:

Clean and high-quality composition:
• 100% plant-based soy wax, GMO-free, paraffin-free
• Fragrance from Grasse, IFRA compliant, phthalate-free and CMR-free
• Pure cotton wick, untreated, lead-free

A pot upcycled from oyster shells, handcrafted

Each pot tells the story of the Atlantic coastline, of oyster shells recovered, cleaned, then transformed into a unique mineral material.
Hispearly brown hues, hisnatural roughnessand its textureorganicgive each piece a unique character with slight imperfections or irregularities.

Usage tips – For optimal woody & fresh diffusion

For optimal woody diffusion

• When first lighting, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the pot.
• Trim thecotton wickat 5 mm before each use.
• Gently extinguish the flame to preserve the woody and citrus notes.
• Avoid drafts to ensure stable and clean combustion.
• Place the candle out of reach of children and animals.
• Remove residue before each ignition to avoid smoke or tunneling.

A true work of art – Handcrafted oyster shell pot, a unique piece

Each Aglaé candle is entirely handmade in our workshop in La Rochelle. From melting the vegetable wax to the precise blending of fragrances, from pouring to the careful placement of the cotton wicks, to the resting phase: each piece goes through more than ten steps to guarantee a high-quality scented candle.

UPCYLATED POTS

Each Aglaé pot tells a story of transformation.

Bottle glass, windshields, foundry sand, bricks, bluestone, mussel or oyster shells… these materials, all sourced from French supply chains, are cleaned, crushed and then reused to create unique pots.
Handcrafted in France using an energy-efficient process, our Aglaé candle pots reveal their unique nuances and textures, dictated by the deposits that nature offers.

This authenticity gives each piece a soul with a unique history.

Rochelaise candle, infinitely refillable – A woody & soft ambiance all year round
